Marketing Partner

Joint Venture Partnership Arrangement

You own your business and intellectual property and I support you as a virtual partner in exchange for revenue share.

I would:

• host and manage your website and online courses on my integrated platform
  
• manage your broadcast email
• manage your payment gateway with all revenues directed to your bank account
  
• manage your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn presence
  
• manage your online marketing campaigns
  
• edit your videos.
  
  

In essence I would be your marketing and digital manager.

The arrangement would be based on a share of actual revenue.

• The initial base cost would be $250 per month.
  
• The base cost would be waived after revenue reached $500 per month and replaced with a 50% revenue share.
  
• At the $2,500 revenue threshold per month my share would reduce to 45%  (you retain 55%)
• At the $5,000 revenue threshold per month my share would reduce to 40%  (you retain 60%)
  
• At the $7,500 revenue threshold per month my share would reduce to 35%  (you retain 65%)
• At the $10,000 revenue per month threshold my share would reduce to 30% (you retain 70%)

Facebook and Instagram ad costs and any other online promotional expenses would be shared 50%.

Set up and changes to your site would be based on the hourly fee schedule.
